Leading Surrey interior design company, The Design Workshop Guildford have produced an exclusive unique range of women's shoulder bags - each one is a unique collectors item.
Company director Victoria Gwilliam who has been creating the highest quality interior designs in and around Surrey for the last 10 years started making the bags using some of her favourite high quality fabrics that are normally used for exclusive developments in London.
Interior Designer Victoria Victoria Gwilliam said that the call for such a unique product was evident in the number of requests she has had from women who had stopped her in the street asking where they could buy one.
"The reaction was incredible" Said Victoria, "Almost every day, women would ask for the name of the shop that supplied my bag - and my simple answer was that i made it myself". "Before too long I began keeping other special fabrics I loved and producing more bags - each one being completely different than the last because of the many different styles of fabrics and materials I use in all my work".
The Design Workshop in Guildford specialise in creating unique custom interiors, soft furnishings and wallpapers for homes and developments across the UK. Initially starting in Surrey, Victoria's client base has grown and grown. "Even in these tougher times, I am still rushed off my feet" she says. "It seems that people still appreciate high quality in every aspect and so whether the housing market is buoyant or not, people are still taking the very best care of their homes".
